Booking & order information: the services or products you book/purchase, appointment dates and times, and — for doorstep services and shop orders — the delivery/visit address you provide.

Location data: if you choose to share your location (e.g., "Use My Location"), we use it only to show you nearby salons and doorstep experts within their service radius. This is never stored beyond what's needed to perform that search.

Payment information: we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. Online payments are handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay, under its own security standards. For Service Provider withdrawals, we store the UPI ID or bank details you provide solely to process your payout.

Usage information: basic technical data like browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working correctly and securely.

• Service Providers (salons and doorstep experts) — your name, contact details, and booking/address details needed to fulfil your appointment.
• Razorpay — to process online payments securely. We never see or store your full payment details.
• Shiprocket — to arrange delivery of shop orders, we share the shipping name, address, and phone number for your order.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, to verify your identity.
• Our SMS/email providers — to deliver OTP codes and notification emails.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access-controlled admin systems — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and booking/order history for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Contact page.
