Welcome to Saloon Booking. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including booking salon appointments, booking doorstep grooming experts, and purchasing products through our online shop. By creating an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to these Terms.
Saloon Booking is an online marketplace that connects customers with independently owned and operated salons and individual grooming professionals ("Service Providers"), and also sells grooming products directly. We do not own or operate any salon listed on the platform, and doorstep experts are independent professionals, not our employees.
You may create an account using your mobile number (OTP verification), a Google account, or an email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, including for Service Providers registering a salon or doorstep profile.
When you book a service, you're entering into an agreement directly with the Service Provider for that appointment. Saloon Booking facilitates the booking and, where applicable, collects payment on the Service Provider's behalf, but is not a party to the service itself.
Depending on the Service Provider and booking type, you may pay the full amount at the salon/on doorstep visit, or pay online in advance via our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details — all online payments are processed securely by Razorpay under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliant systems.
For salon bookings and doorstep services, a platform commission is charged to the Service Provider on completed bookings; this does not change the price you pay as a customer.
Products sold through our Shop are sold by Saloon Booking directly. Orders are paid for in full online at checkout via Razorpay, and shipped using our logistics partner, Shiprocket, to the address you provide. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for details on cancellations, returns, and refunds.
You may cancel a booking before it's confirmed or completed by the Service Provider. Once a service has been completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except at the Service Provider's discretion for genuine service issues. Shop orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped; see our Refund Policy for full details.
If you register a salon or doorstep profile, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you hold any licenses required to legally operate in your area, and that you'll honour bookings made through the platform in good faith. Saloon Booking reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion, including for policy violations, customer complaints, or extended inactivity.
Service Providers who receive payments through the platform can request withdrawal of their available balance to a UPI ID or bank account. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our admin team; processing times may vary and a minimum withdrawal amount may apply, as shown on the Wallet page.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false information, attempting to circumvent payments, harassing other users or Service Providers, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saloon Booking is not liable for the quality of services provided by independent Service Providers, for any dispute between a customer and a Service Provider, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our role is limited to facilitating discovery, booking, and payment.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
